Cancellation Policy

All appointments are requests and are not confirmed until approved by Garcia Tech Rescue and payment is completed. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Payments for cancellations made within 24 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If Garcia Tech Rescue cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Payment covers the scheduled service time and troubleshooting and does not guarantee that every issue can be resolved.
